Built by clinicians.
For clinicians.
Thriving Center of Psychology is a clinically led group practice based in New York City. We’re hiring licensed therapists who want to do great clinical work in a practice that values evidence-based treatments, positive outcomes, and a professional community.
A practice that takes care of its therapists.
We know that burnt-out therapists lead to poor outcomes, for clients and for the practice. So we built a place that supports the people doing the work.
Work-life balance
We know burnt-out therapists lead to poor outcomes with clients and a poor culture overall. We build accordingly.
Grow as a therapist
Weekly case consultations with colleagues for second opinions and shared learning, plus yearly CEU credits.
Grow as a professional
As a growing practice, managerial and supervisory roles open up regularly, and we offer them to our current team first.
Real clinical community
Colleagues you actually know. Two large team events a year plus regular hosted happy hours, built for lasting professional relationships.
For clinicians, by clinicians.
Thriving is led by practicing psychologists and a licensed therapist. The decisions about how this practice runs are made by people who understand the clinical work firsthand.

Therapy and psychiatry, working in the same practice.
Our therapists work alongside psychiatrists who genuinely value collaboration: sharing notes, making direct internal referrals, and meeting on the cases that benefit from more than one set of eyes. We hire psychiatrists who care about mental health the way our therapists do.

Team events year-round
Two large team events a year, plus regular happy hours. The kind of practice where colleagues actually know each other.
I started Thriving Center because being a solo practitioner was isolating. I wanted to build a community of therapists who cared about the same things: helping clients and building real professional relationships along the way. From the beginning, the goal has been to create a practice where therapists have a voice and where their feedback genuinely shapes how we work. That’s how we’ve gotten this far, by listening to the clinicians who do the work every day.
Licensed clinicians, all paths welcome.
