Hi, I’m Dr. Shelby Solomon, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship stress. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, people with disabilities, and anyone facing challenges around family acceptance, generational dynamics, caretaking roles, or socio-political stress. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel understood and empowered.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps us understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and how to shift patterns that no longer serve you. I earned my Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology and have over seven years of experience helping people grow and heal.
