Hi, I’m Rebecca Weiser, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I’ve been supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth since 2017. I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s many challenges, whether that involves trauma, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, depression, relationship concerns, OCD, grief, mood disorders, or personality disorders.
I believe that while life can be difficult, therapy offers a powerful opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change. My approach is holistic, reflective, and goal-oriented. I incorporate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build awareness, resilience, and a clearer sense of direction.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA community, transgender individuals, and clients from various religious and cultural identities. I strive to bring empathy, mindfulness, and personalized touch to every session meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with confidence and clarity.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward greater well-being, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you in this process!
