Hi! I’m Dr. Elizabeth Levin, a licensed clinical psychologist working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a range of psychological concerns. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image issues, identity development, motivation challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. I’m also passionate about supporting individuals from immigrant and multicultural backgrounds, especially during times of transition and cultural adjustment.

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client. I use evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and clinical depth; helping clients gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Northern Virginia. My training includes work in correctional facilities, in-home and assisted living care, and specialized work with eating disorders. Coming from a multi-generational immigrant family, I bring both clinical expertise and personal perspective to the challenges of cultural identity and intergenerational dynamics. If you are looking to start your journey, I would love to connect!
